Vanwege diabetes ert ik low carb. Er is contact opgenomen met mij wat ik wel en niet mocht, nog een keer besproken toen we er waren. Rising star Menu werd aangepast.Ander voor en nagerecht en heerlijke combi. Fijn om meedenkend personeel en kok te hebben met super attente en vriendelijke bediening, Dank je wel Tom.

Ooit gehoord van schorneren? Ik ook niet, maar het is een groente en een van de verrassingen in restaurant Moose. Het restaurant is goed in vergeten groenten die bijzonder smakelijk worden opgediend. De bediening is er telkens als het nodig is. Het desset was wat aan de riante kant met zoet op zoet, maar dit restaurant moet je zeker eens ervaren.
