We hadden al kennis gemaakt met Fris tijdens Haarlem culinair 2009 en 2010. Ok bij de winterculinair hebben ze ons verrast. Nu eens in het restaurant gegeten en wat bediening en het eten betreft weten ze daar heel goed waar ze mee bezig zijn. Zeer gastvrije ontvangst en heerlijk gegeten!
De kwaliteit van het eten was uitstekend echter de hoeveelheid was minder dan je normaal bij dit restaurant geserveerd krijgt maar misschien is dat gebruikelijk in de Restaurantweek.
Attent dat we ook een amuse geserveerd kregen.
We waren al eerder bij restaurant Fris geweest en blijven er zeker komen.
Het was echt een avond uit! Heerlijk gegeten, zeer attente service.Kortom, het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken. Of je nu tijdens de Dining City week te gast bent of 'gewoon',in kwaliteit op alle vlakken is geen verschil te constateren. Chapeau!
