Martin is een meester in het ontwikkelen van zachte, subtiele smaken waaruit je zijn vriendelijke karakter helmaal afleest.
Een pareltje in het Hoge Land. Fantastisch gegeten met perfect matchende wijnen. Alle gerechten zijn goed op elkaar afgestemd. Natuurlijke en eerlijke smaken. Het 6-gangen menu was precies goed. Wij komen terug!
