Gezellige huiskamersfeer. Alsof je bij iemand thuis komt eten, maar dan heel erg lekker en met de service van een restaurant.
Je merkt dat Hans veel aandacht besteedt aan de gerechten. Het zijn toegankelijke smakelijke combinaties. Wij komen zeker een keer terug.
Een leuke en gezellige avond gehad. We hebben genoten van het 6 gangen diner en de 3 amuses die tussendoor geserveerd werden. Vooral de vis en het vleesgerecht vielen erg in de smaak. De bediening was prettig in omgang en ondanks de volle bezetting was er voldoende aandacht voor alle gasten. De chefkok kwam een aantal gerechten aan tafel uitserveren, waarbij we uitgebreide uitleg kregen bij het desbetreffende gerecht. Al met al was dit bezoek zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
Dank je Judith voor deze mooie review. Zoals je al bemerkte was het megadruk en is het lastig om dan met zo'n klein team de 100% service te geven, die wij graag zouden willen. Dus dat je dat iets minder beloond begrijp ik wel en vind ik dan ook wel terecht. Maar gelukkig gaat dit niet ten koste van de kwaliteit, de gastvrijheid en de sfeer. Tot de volgende keer, want wij hopen zeker om jullie nogmaals als gasten te mogen ontvangen.
