Dank je Peter voor deze mooie omschrijving. Wij vinden het leuk om enerzijds met lokale producten te werken, maar Hans vind het ook leuk om met producten uit zijn geboortestreek Bergen op Zoom te werken, zowel met producten uit de Oosterschelde als met producten van de Brabantse wal.
